It All Begins Within

I have always been intrigued by the forces in life we do not see. This includes unicorns, (of course :)) and all the power of our spiritual realm. Our spiritual lives manifests differently and individually based on our beliefs and our needs. There are so many teachings and I will share some of the things I do and have done to create an awesome and important balance in my life.


I have dabbled with this practice for years, but now my practice has become consistent and my life has happily changed because of it. There are so many ways to meditate and keeping it simple and being intentional with this practice will have amazing benefits. 

Sometimes I feel like a guided meditation, other times, I enjoy the quiet.

There are so many guided meditations online (try YouTube). Search subject matter (example- morning meditation for positivity) and find a comfortable length of time. The presenters voice is a make or break for me and if I don't like it, I will find another meditation.  If you haven't tried meditation before, you'll get the hang of it. You just need to practice. Just know your mind will wander and when it does, just bring it back to the meditation. You can also search for Meditations for Beginners. 

If you don't want to try guided meditation, you can simply find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down, breathe deeply for a few minutes, only paying attention to your breath. When you find your m mind wandering, just focus back on your breath.
